- Still returnable. Every receipt gets a return-window countdown, sorted by closest deadline and flagged red in the last week — money you can still get back.
- Warned before coverage expires. A notification 30 days before a warranty ends, while a claim is still possible.
- Snap it, don't type it. One photo and the store, item, total, date and typical warranty are filled in — every field editable before saving.
- Value under warranty. One number for the dollars you're still covered for.
- Your data leaves with you. Everything exports to plain files you own. Lapsing to free never deletes a receipt.
- No ads. No account required. Works offline; cloud backup is optional.

Common questions
Where do my receipt photos go?
Receipts live on your phone. Only when you use the scanner, and only after you've agreed in-app, the photo you take is sent to Anthropic (the company behind the Claude AI) to read the fields off it, and the result comes straight back. It isn't kept on their servers or used to train models. Decline and you can still add every receipt by hand.
What does WarrantyBox Pro include?
Unlimited receipts and unlimited scans. The free plan holds 20 receipts with 3 scans a day — plenty to know whether the app earns a place on your phone. Manual entry, alerts and the return-window countdown are never paywalled.
What happens to my data if I stop paying — or you shut down?
Nothing is deleted, ever, for lapsing to free. And your receipts export from Settings to ordinary images and files readable with no app at all. We built it that way on purpose: apps in this category have died and stranded people's records, and we'd rather earn your renewal than hold your receipts hostage.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Your receipts stay in the app.
