Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the WarrantyBox mobile app, published by J&A Stores LLC. By installing or using WarrantyBox you agree to them.
The app
WarrantyBox is a personal receipt and warranty tracker. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it on devices you own or control, in line with the rules of the app store you obtained it from. You may not resell it, reverse engineer it, or use it to break the law.
Subscriptions
WarrantyBox is free to use. WarrantyBox Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or yearly.
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price shown in the app.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Prices are shown in your local currency in the app before you buy and may vary by region.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot issue store refunds directly, though we are happy to help you contact them.
Your data
Your receipts are yours. Our handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your device and any account credentials secure. Cloud backup is a convenience, not a guarantee — keep your own records of anything you cannot afford to lose.
No medical or professional advice
WarrantyBox is a tracking tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice, and nothing in it should be treated as such. Talk to a qualified professional about health decisions.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features. We may also update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If a change materially reduces what a paid subscription provides, you may cancel and seek a refund from your store.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, J&A Stores LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
Termination
You may stop using WarrantyBox at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which J&A Stores LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
