Delete your account and data
WarrantyBox only creates an account if you turned on optional cloud backup. If you never signed in, there is nothing on our servers to delete — removing the app deletes everything.
Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open WarrantyBox.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll to Delete account & data.
- Confirm. Your cloud backup and sign-in account are erased immediately.
Delete by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email jandastoresllc@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "WarrantyBox Account Deletion". We will delete the account and confirm within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account, including your email address and account identifier.
- Your cloud-backed receipts, warranty dates and notes.
These are deleted permanently and cannot be recovered. Receipt data stored locally on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app.
What we keep, and for how long
We retain nothing else. Purchase records held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat are governed by those providers and by tax-record requirements; deleting your WarrantyBox account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel that in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
